Coaching Agreement between Client and Andy McArthur Financial Coaching LLC
Thank you for making Andy McArthur Financial Coaching LLC part of your financial plan! We look forward to working with you. We promise not to shame you, judge you or impose our own beliefs upon what you should do with your own money. Our passion is in helping you live your best life on your terms. In order to help guide our relationship, we ask that you review the following information:
BE ALL IN
You agree to show up to each appointment prepared and spend time each week to better manage your money. You understand that your commitment to your financial transformation is completely related to your effort. Your coach cannot care more about your financial success than you care about it yourself. Your coach will support you through your challenges and help you navigate them, but your own commitment to showing up for yourself is what will ultimately get you life changing results.
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
To schedule an appointment use the bookings feature on andymcarthur.com. If you are married, both spouses must participate and commit to all scheduled coaching sessions. If your spouse is not available for an appointment, you will need to reschedule. You understand that scheduling appointments are ultimately your responsibility. You agree to receive emails, phone calls and text (sms) messages to assist in scheduling.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds for our coaching services as we are a fee-for-time service. We promise that you will get out of the coaching session what you put into it. You understand that you have the option of meeting over the phone if you are not able to meet via web conference.
COACHING SERVICES
We assume the responsibility of understanding and evaluating your current goals, and resources in order to develop a strategy to meet your objectives. However, in order to make your plan work, we expect you to come prepared to take the steps necessary to succeed; to take full responsibility for your plan and implement it. We expect you to contact us when you have challenges or need help.
RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS
If you need to reschedule you can do so based on the number of times allowed in the package that you purchased. You can reschedule 24 hours before your appointment.
CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY
We will keep completely confidential all matters discussed, facts revealed, and the nature and content of all documents you provide to us or we generate.
PAPERWORK
You are asked to complete preliminary paperwork to better prepare your coach. We ask that these forms be filled out to the very best of your knowledge and ability prior to your scheduled appointment. You assume all responsibility to provide accurate and clear documentation necessary so your coach can be informed.
DISCLAIMER
Coaching is designed to give you accurate information and guidance with regard to the subject matter covered. We are not authorized to render legal, accounting, or other professional advice. Since your situation is fact dependent, you must additional seek the services of an appropriate licensed, legal, accounting, or investment services.
RESPONSIBILITY
I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Andrew H. McArthur and Andy McArthur Financial LLC their agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit, action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by myself or by my coach as a result of advice given by Andrew H. McArthur or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated hereunder. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to me to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns and agents.
